About the CEO and Founder: Lori Speers

Lori Speers has more than 35 years of leadership experience as a travel professional. She has worked for Fortune 500 Corporate Travel entities, boutique Virtuoso agencies, and large host agencies.

Lori has led other host agencies with proven results year over year. However, she continued to see ways to improve to change people’s lives through travel. The idea of Levarte Travel came about in the fall of 2020, and they opened the doors to members in January 2021. She and her team of experts are serious about helping our members grow and scale their businesses.

Lori is regularly asked to participate on industry panels and is an executive board member for the Cruise Line International Association (CLIA), Carnival Travel Advisory Board, Royal Caribbean Executive Forum, and Norwegian Cruise Line’s President’s Symposium.
